Cleaner

Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our portfolio of buildings (five complexes in total). In this role, you will be responsible for daily cleaning duties, ensuring units are move-in ready, and maintaining common areas to high standards of cleanliness.Key Responsibilities:Clean units and common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and lobbiesSweep, mop, vacuum, and dustClean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, and appliancesMaintain the cleanliness of laundry rooms and replace light bulbs when neededPick up debris and empty garbage containersConduct regular inspections to ensure health, safety, and security standards are metPerform minor maintenance tasks as requiredQualifications:Previous cleaning experience is an assetValid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle (REQUIRED)Clear criminal background check (REQUIRED)High School Diploma or GED is an asset Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitudeCommitment to excellent customer serviceWork Conditions:Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamRepetitive tasks and physically demanding (sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling)Ability to lift up to 11kg (25 lbs)This role offers an opportunity to be part of a supportive team, providing a high standard of service to tenants.
