Programmer

Brief description of the position : In order to meet the needs of its clients in the IT sector, FOP CONSULTANTS is looking for IT programmer consultants motivated to carry out mandates.The main missions would be to support the development of the programs, to test and validate the codes developed and to write all the technical documentation related to the integrated programs. Main responsibilities: Without limitation, the main tasks involve: Support the development of applications and software according to the analysis of customer needs; Identify issues related to the use of applications and software; Collaborate with the project management team to define priorities; Evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions, participate in design analyzes and ensure the implementation of the choices made; Perform the programming according to the predefined language; Write test protocols, test, integrate and maintain applications and software; Validate the proper functioning of applications, software and programs. Validate the compliance of the code developed and revised if necessary; Develop and update any necessary technical document; Provide support to users on programs developed and installed; Follow up on the technological evolution of the programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering or any other related discipline; 2 (two) to 10 (ten) years of experience in the field of IT; Relevant experience of at least 02 (two) years in programming (applications, software, web, etc.); Knowledge of Scrum/Waterfall and conventional agile project management methodologies; Experience with programming languages: SQL, .Net (ASP), C#, C++, Visual Studio, HTML5, JAVA, JAVASCRIPT, CSS, etc. Knowledge of software and software packages such as ERP, CRM; Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite; Good communication and writing skills in French and English; Mobility (an asset).
