They specialize in Wealth Management, Financial Planning, Insurance, and Group Benefits, offering their clients a comprehensive range of services including in-house accounting, estate law, mortgage specialists, and general insurance brokers. Role Description:Are you passionate about financial planning and eager to make a difference in the lives of high net worth families? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Advisor/Financial Planner to join a tight-knit team of approximately 12-15 staff. In this role, you will manage client portfolios, develop personalized investment strategies, analyze financial data, conduct trades, and provide exceptional financial planning services. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique financial goals and help them achieve their dreams through tailored strategies.Qualifications:Exceptional analytical skills in Finance and Financial PlanningProven experience in managing investments and conducting tradesCFP designation required (or QAFP at minimum)Proficient in utilizing financial planning software and toolsIn-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamMeticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferredAdditional Benefits:This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and employees will benefit from a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits package.
