They are seeking a strategic leader to shape their talent management processes and help them continue their growth and success.Company Perks and RewardsCompetitive salaryDiscretionary bonusGreat benefits packageHybrid work modelEducation reimbursementGrowth opportunitiesAnd more!The Job!Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will:Partner with the TA team to assist with open requisitions, provide guidance on conducting interviews, and develop structured processes, such as creating guidebooks, competencies, and interview frameworks for early talent and TA specialists.Facilitate the upskilling of the TA team by sharing best practices and strategies for recruitment, including conducting workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions.Work closely with HRBPs on development plans and ensure alignment with overall talent management goals.Lead the revamping of the organization's training programs, assessing current needs and designing development initiatives for the upcoming year. Focus on improving skills, competencies, and career path opportunities for employees.Collaborate with business partners to review talent metrics, share insights, and provide recommendations for talent development and performance management.Incorporate new processes from the HRIS system, including new modules for talent reviews, career path interviews, and internal mobility initiatives.What you bring to the jobA minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role at a supervisory levelProven experience in talent management, recruitment, or human resources, with a focus on strategic talent development.Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, interview frameworks, and development plans.Experience collaborating with HR Business Partners and business unit leaders.Ability to create structured processes, guidebooks, and frameworks for talent acquisition and employee development.Experience in leading training and development initiatives and revamping programs to meet future needs.Familiarity with HRIS systems and the integration of talent management modules.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Ashley Richardson.
