Johnson Eye Institute, at the Krembil Research Institute (Krembil) of the University Health Network (UHN) is accepting applications for a full-time permanent Scientist position in the specialty area of neuroscience as it pertains to the visual system. This position would complement existing strengths within the Institute in the areas of retinal development/repair, axon guidance, neural-glial interactions, spinal cord injury, human stem cell disease modeling, advanced imaging, genomics, proteomics, medicinal chemistry, neurophysiology, computational neuroscience and inflammatory disease. The Donald K. Johnson Eye Institute encompasses research, care and therapeutics for eye disease and demonstrated research contributions to this mission would be an asset.
