Join our team as a Sales Strategy Specialist . In this role you will manage the ongoing relationship with Sales and Marketing to ensure the successful integration of Kellanovas Commercial plan. This role continuously works with other functional departments to gain and/or improve effectiveness and efficiency of initiatives, product availability, category, brand, account performance and investment. This is a hybrid role based out of our Mississauga office. Working in cross-functional and collaborative environment, this role will require the engagement with various business partners such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Business Management. A Taste of What Youll Be Doing Customer and Consumer Driven Initiatives - Represent Sales and our customers to all head office functions in the Canadian business. You will ensure that all corporately driven programs and initiatives are able to be executed with our customers and consumers. Strategic-Thinking - Focus on tracking, executing business and brand results on a national, regional, and customer basis. Providing perspective and solutions with Marketing and cross functional Kellanova Canada business partners to achieve annual objectives. Youll be reviewing the performance of new product launches, promotions, and other initiatives to ensure best practices are continually developed for winning execution. Collaborative Mindset - Work with Category Management and Shopper Insights Team in identifying pricing, distribution and other category gaps and brand opportunities at the Banner and Region level. Were Looking for Someone With Post-secondary education or work experience equivalent. Demonstrated experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Retail or similar industry with experience managing key customers. Possess a strong understanding of Sales from the field level to Customer Head Office level. Understanding of current trade philosophies and corporate objectives. Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation and time management skills. Strong technology skills of PC applications including MS Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Promotional Planning programs, and Nielsen platforms. Valid Drivers license within Canada.
