SAP Enterprise Portal Administration and Customization - Proficiency in configuring and managing the SAP Enterprise Portal, including setting up roles, navigation, and user interfaces. Proficiency in managing and customizing portal content, including HCM Forms, iViews, Worksets, Roles, Adobe Forms, ESS/ MSS portlets, Workflows.SAP HCM Modules - Proficiency in configuring SAP HCM modules, including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll.Payroll Configuration - Expertise in configuring payroll processes, including wage types, payroll schemas, and tax calculations. Knowledge of how to execute payroll runs, including simulation, actual payroll processing, and post-payroll activities, Benefits Administration, Time and Attendance Management. for Canada Payroll.Documentation Skills - Experience in reverse engineering the SAP HCM solutions, documenting the functional specification for the HCM configurationsDevelopment Knowledge - Basic knowledge of ABAP, SAP Fiori, Integration & Middleware tools, Java and WebDynpro.
