POSITION OVERVIEW :
Under the guidance of the Manager of Information Technology, this position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining IT and information systems to meet business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for developing and implementing SharePoint and Dynamic Business Central solutions and other systems as required, to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with the IT team, customize and integrate SharePoint Online and Dynamics Business Central with other Albarrie systems into the organization.
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SharePoint Online, Dynamics Business Central, and other systems within the organization.
Act as point of contact (POC) for all levels of staff within Albarrie, to provide technical support and answer system related questions.
Train end-users on how to use SharePoint Online and Dynamics Business Central effectively, through training sessions, online tutorials, and documentation.
Responsible for creating documentation for all development, system modifications and creating end user training documentation. Participate and assist in internal IT audits by reviewing processes and activity outputs.
Train and understand other IT members functions, to provide back up assistance, as required.
Engage and participate in continued certification, to keep skills relevant to ever changing technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Completion of a university degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
Proven experience in SharePoint Online and Dynamics Business Central Development.
Proficiency in SQL, SQL Server, and MySQL development.
Proficiency in web development using PHP, HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
Experience with Python, C# and C++ will be considered an asset.
