Headquartered in Montreal, Knight has nearly 700 employees globally.Position SummaryThis full-time position will be responsible for supporting the market access team including PMPRB filings, hospital contracts, price increases, etc. as well as implementing market access initiatives that contribute to and support the long-term growth strategies of in-licensed specialty products and product launches.Primary Responsibilities Lead PMPRB bi-annual filingsLead hospital contracting processAssess, recommend and manage the price increase processUnderstand provincial listing processes and procedures as they apply to Market AccessSupport reimbursement initiatives, payer research and competitive landscape assessmentsTrack, monitor and evaluate competitor pricing and reimbursement strategiesSupport the design and development of optimal and competitive reimbursement and pricing strategiesManage pricing and formulary listing databases and ensure price lists are accurate and up-to-dateWork closely with Medical, Regulatory Affairs and CommercialSecondary responsibilities Serve as primary reference point for provincial authorities regarding related product inquiriesContinually look for opportunities to improve internal pricing and reimbursement processesAd hoc projects as requiredQualifications/Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Sciences, Life Sciences, Business or related fieldsMin. 2 years of experience in Market Access, Reimbursement or Pharmacy Benefits Manager roleKnowledge of PMPRBKnowledge of provincial and public formularies and pCPA FrameworksStrong Strategic, Results-Driven and Problem-Solving SkillsExtremely Detail-OrientedSolid Project Management CapabilitiesStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent Communication (written and oral)Assets Medical, Regulatory Affairs ExperienceMBA or other advanced degree Job Specific SkillsFluency in English and FrenchMicrosoft Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)As illustrated in the description of the tasks, it requires, in particular, to communicate, verbally and in writing, with the other team members located across Canada as well as Latin America as well as customers across Canada.
