ROLE SUMMARY: We’re looking for eager and experienced sales representatives for these awesome brands looking to lead the way to a future with more cheers. We are recruiting for a Business Development Representative. This is a full-time, experienced sales position which includes the use of a company vehicle, and the opportunity to grow the sales portfolio within a territory at a leading beer company. This position operates within a diverse market and focuses on improving sales through the implementation of various visual marketing tools and campaigns. Successful candidates should have a passion for working with others in a client-facing environment, and a strong desire for a long-term, sales focused, growing volume within the Labatt portfolio. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the smooth running of business and operational activities in your territory? Analyze, identify and seize new business opportunities to maximize sales? Sell sales plans? direct to customers & grow volume/share Negotiate business partnerships? Ensure the completion of all activities planned for the field sales process in order to achieve results.? Execute business plans and marketing programs to maximize sales in your territory.? See to the administration of operational budgets.? Establish a solid partnership with your work colleagues as well as your clients.? Maintain harmonious relationships by regularly surveying the level of customer satisfaction.? See to the administration of operational budgets.? Provide flawless service based on customer needs and Labatt quality standards. WHAT YOU HAVE: Full, unrestricted driver’s license 3-7 Years Experience in Sales selling direct to customers Available to work fulltime on a flexible schedule Post-secondary education Passion for working with a diverse group of people and building relationships Not afraid to put in the work in order to grow and be successful Assertive and self-motivated, with excellent leadership skills Take direction, while also possessing strong problem-solving skills Enjoy working independently, while being part of a fast-paced, team environment Outstanding time management skills, coupled with the ability to coordinate and prioritize Previous sales experience selling direct to customers, customer service, merchandising, hospitality industry is an asset If this is the case, join our team to create a future with more cheers!
