Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Cleaning supervisor to join our team. 

Job responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure the job is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements
• supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff.
• Assist with cleaning duties as necessary
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy
• Train, supervise, and motivate cleaning staff, including setting schedules and ensuring all tasks are assigned
• Order and distribute cleaning supplies
• Enforce safety compliance and cleanliness standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Handle customer complaints and special requests
• Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on cleaning equipment
• Prepare reports concerning room occupancy, payroll expenses, and department expenses

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• secondary school

Experience:
cleaning supervision :3 year (preferred)
