Title: Commercial Building OperatorYour new Company: A full-service global commercial real estate company, who are driven to solve complex problems, and have the expertise and experience to bring solutions to life.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Monitor and control building automation systems to ensure optimal performance.Respond to and resolve building-related issues and emergencies promptly.Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
