Specialist, Contact Centre Knowledge Management - Brampton, ON In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Knowledge Base used by our support agents to assist colleagues, stores, and distribution centres with technical and/or operational issues. This will include developing net new content, as well as partnering with various teams to maintain an accurate knowledge database. What You’ll Do: Content Creation - Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive knowledge articles based on technical documentation, user manuals, and product specifications. Content Management - Organize content within the knowledge base to improve accessibility and usability - ensuring accuracy of the content within, and that a consistent format is followed. Quality Assurance - Conduct regular audits of the knowledge base to identify gaps and areas for improvement. This includes focusing on First-Call Resolution (FCR) and reducing Average Handle Time (AHT). Collaboration - Work closely with product, support, and engineering teams to stay informed about new features, updates, and common issues. In addition, lead cross-functional meetings to align knowledge base content with business objectives and customer needs.
