Application Support Engineer

We have made significant investments in digital technology, horizontal, and vertical platforms, allowing us to successfully serve our clients for over 50 years.Skills and Responsibilities: •Good years of experience in an application support role, good years of business experience in banking. •Experience with using ITIL Change, Incident and Problem management processes. •Coordinating the production support needs. •Responsible for documentation such as deficiencies, deviations, application flow diagrams, SCM plans, etc. •Problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills required. •Experience with workflows, forms and/or reports. •Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure. •Experience with FIS banking applications, including IBS core processing platform, would be a nice to have. •SQL query writing would be nice to have. •File integration experience would be nice to have. •Validate and submit responses to requests for information from audits. •Embrace and advocate change. •Influential, relationship management and networking, inspiring outcomes by sharing expertise. •Digitally savvy; innovative, embrace evolving technologies; easily adapt to new tools and trends. •Solid collaborator: Support and mentor intermediate engineers •Preferred Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
