Our primary focus is physiotherapy, but we also offer a range of services including pelvic physiotherapy, athletic therapy, registered massage therapy (RMT), yoga, and naturopathic therapy.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Manager to lead our team. As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and driving the growth and success of our clinic. You will play a key role in managing the team, optimizing clinic efficiency, and implementing new marketing strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and Management: Lead, manage, and inspire the clinic team to provide exceptional customer service. Support the growth and development of individual team members.Operational Oversight: Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and facility maintenance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high standard of customer service and address any customer concerns promptly and professionally.Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with the owner to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Identify opportunities for business growth and new service offerings.Financial Management: Monitor and manage clinic finances, including budgets, billing, and revenue projections. Ensure accurate and timely billing and financial reporting.Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in hiring new practitioners to optimize the clinic's capacity. Ensure the clinic is adequately staffed to meet patient needs.Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.Experience: Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in clinic management software and billing processes.Personal Attributes: Reliable, driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
