In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.About this teamOn this team at lululemon, you will work on a critical product that serves to elevate the deployment, build, runtime experience of Micro Frontends (MFEs) at lululemon, working closely to support and unblock team members as problems arise as well as collaborating across teams to ensure that large initiatives are successful. You’ll collaborate with dozens of teams to ensure the needs of the engineers, product owners and program are met with the latest version of the MFE, Middle Tier, Cloud Infrastructure and Backend Services.A day in the lifeAs a Senior Engineer at lululemon, you will work on a range of products and problem spaces, across multiple teams and company domains. You will be expected to support team members in getting unblocked as problems arise. You will also report directly to Director-level stakeholders, and will often be a champion of several initiatives that you are responsible for supporting the delivery teams in completing. You will work with teams to delegate work into the correct product stream. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500-$162,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
