Industrial Engineer

CES/AWS is looking for an Industrial Engineer for our client located in Oshawa, ONLocation: Oshawa, ONSalary: $66,500/yDay shiftDirect Hire positionPosition Overview:The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of practical experience and a proven track record in design and project development. You will play a key role in managing project documentation and working closely with engineers, managers, and customers to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities:Review contracts to determine required documentation for each project phase.Ensure project documents are complete and in compliance with contract requirements.Prepare and submit budgetary proposals, process designs, and P&IDs.Collaborate with project managers to handle change orders and other project needs.Arrange and lead customer meetings as required.Maintain regular communication with customers for technical support and project updates.Assist in product planning, technical research, and marketing program development.Prerequisites:High School Diploma or equivalency (College Degree preferred).Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in project design and development.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and database applications.Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Leadership capability and dedication to continuous improvement.High level of integrity and work ethic.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Must be flexible and willing to support the off-shift (s) when required.If you are interested, please send me your resume to [email protected]
