Accounting Bookkeeper

We understand the importance of sustainable solutions for the food industry and have dedicated ourselves to developing innovative packaging that reduces environmental impact.We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bookkeeperto fill an immediate position at our office.Duties:Full cycle accounting including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsMaintain general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliationsReconcile bank statements and credit card transactionsPrepare financial statements and reportsProcess payrolls and maintain employee recordsConduct account analysis to identify discrepanciesAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesComplete and submit tax remittance, and prepare tax returnsConduct other statistical, financial and accounting tasksQualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practices3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper/accountantBookkeeper experience in an import or export trading company is an assetProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent attention to detail and analytical skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesThe successful candidate must be a self-motivated and reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-working office environment and is able to multi-task and adapt to evolving priorities.BenefitsOn-site parkingPaid time offJob Types:Full-time, PermanentLanguage:EnglishSchedule:Monday to FridayIn-person#J-18808-Ljbffr
