This will give you a profile that you can use for all future applications, and you will be notified whenever a new position that matches your criteria becomes available.Overview: Responsible for developing business on CCaaS and UCaaS through South America region.Responsibilities: Work closely with sales account managers to identify key projects to sell CX SolutionsContinuously grow and expand knowledge of Unify/Mitel across the entire portfolioSupport the account planning process and carry out strategic plansEarn the trust of senior IT and business executives of enterprise accounts and create long-term partnerships with customersWork closely with product teams, product engineering, professional services, and product support to ensure a world-class customer experienceSupport customer meetings through presentations like whiteboarding or formal presentations, demonstrations and conversations around Contact Center solutions.Respond RFX, being responsible to build a winner solutionElaborate technical and commercial proposalsHandover projects from pre-sales to Operation and Delivery teamRequirements: Computer Engineer, Network Engineer, Computer Scientist or similarProven knowledge of Contact Center solutions (on premise and cloud)Proven experience in pre-sales activities (at least 3 years)A team player with the ability to communicate well with team and customers.English proficiencySpanish will be a plus.Strong analytical skills combined with strong organizational and prioritization skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.Takes ownership and follows through on decisions and actions.Additional Preferred Skills: Customer-facing sales skills: It's expected from candidate to feel comfortable engaging with customers from different positions, roles and levels.In-depth technical knowledge of CCaaS and UCaaS: showcasing Senior Pre-Sales skills through presentations, meetings, product demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions or additional customer-oriented activities#LI-DD1For more information, visit Why Mitel or follow us on LinkedIn here.Mitel is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
