If you are passionate about data visualization, report migration, and optimizing performance, we encourage you to apply via LinkedIn.Job Summary: As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for migrating reports from TIBCO Spotfire to Power BI and Netezza, and developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards. You will work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and IT staff to ensure seamless data integration and deliver business intelligence solutions that meet the company's needs.Key Responsibilities:Migration and Development:Lead the migration of existing reports from TIBCO Spotfire to Power BI and Netezza.Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that meet business requirements.Re-engineer and optimize existing reports to improve performance, accuracy, and usability.Data Integration and Management:Collaborate with data engineers to integrate Netezza with Power BI, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support data integration from various sources.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reports and dashboards.Report Re-engineering:Analyze existing reports and dashboards to identify areas for improvement and re-engineering.Apply best practices in data visualization and user experience to enhance report usability.Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reports meet their needs.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and IT staff, to ensure successful project delivery.Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management.Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.Continuous Improvement:Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Power BI, data visualization, and business intelligence.Recommend and implement improvements to reporting processes and tools.Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.Qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization.Proven experience with Power BI, including developing reports and dashboards.Experience with TIBCO Spotfire and Netezza, including report migration and data integration.Skills and Competencies:Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and ETL processes.Excellent understanding of data visualization best practices and user experience design.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Professional development opportunities.Flexible work arrangements.Limitless Staffing is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
