We are looking for a Manager, Quality to join our Quality Control team in VSLand who will share our Company values.

What You’ll Be Contributing
- Lead and mentor a team of quality supervisors and technicians;
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures and best practices;
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the entire production process;
- Act as liaison between the quality control team and other departments (Production, Operational Excellence, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Order Fulfillment);
- Identify and set key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and monitor them regularly;
- Prepare and present Quality reports and metrics to senior management;
- Analyze non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions;
- Ensure regulatory compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001;
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance preferably in the IT industry; or any relevant sector;
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role;
- Strong understanding of IT hardware & testing methodologies;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong leadership and team management abilities;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detail oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
