Job Title: Implementation AnalystLocation: Montreal w/ Traveling or Remote w/ TravelingReports To: Director of ImplementationPosition Type: Full-Time Job Summary:The Implementation Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of key systems and initiatives across our network of clinics. This role requires a highly analytical individual with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage and optimize various clinic-level initiatives. This individual will work closely with the Director of Implementation and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clinics and continuous improvement of operational efficiencies. The role also involves analyzing clinic-level Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, assessing Quality of Earnings (QoE), and contributing to strategic decisions aimed at increasing clinic profitability. Additionally, the Implementation Analyst will assist with the acquisition of new clinics by meeting with stakeholders, evaluating potential opportunities for expansion, and supporting the M&A team throughout the partnership process. Note: A valid passport or visa allowing for travel between the United States and Canada is required for this position. Key Responsibilities: Support New Clinic Acquisition & Onboarding: Participate in the acquisition process of new clinics, meeting with key stakeholders.Analyze culture, data, and financial performance of potential clinics to assess their fit within the CPP network.Collaborate with the Business Operations and M&A teams to facilitate the smooth onboarding of newly acquired clinics, ensuring a successful integration.Leverage strong communication skills to establish and nurture relationships with potential clinic partners, ensuring seamless and successful acquisition negotiations.Manage the onboarding process for new clinics, following a comprehensive 200+ step implementation process to ensure all aspects of integration & implementation are successfully completed and aligned with CPP standards. Operational Analysis & Initiative Strategy Implementation: Analyze clinic-level P&L, QoE, and other performance reports to identify areas for profitability improvement.Generate detailed performance summaries that highlight opportunities for increased revenue, cost savings, improved resource utilization, and effective resource management.Collaborate with clinic managers and leadership to develop actionable strategies that drive financial profitability and operational efficiencies.Secure buy-in from clinic stakeholders by clearly communicating the benefits of proposed initiatives and fostering a culture of collaboration.Support the implementation of the action plan, ensuring that initiatives are executed effectively and monitoring progress to achieve desired outcomes. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and maintain critical clinic performance metrics (KPIs) such as revenue growth, appointment utilization rates, patient retention, provider productivity, treatment conversion rates, and average transaction value.Analyze performance data to identify patterns, trends, and deviations that impact clinic profitability, providing timely feedback to clinic managers and leadership.Prepare in-depth, data-driven performance reports for leadership with actionable insights, highlighting underperforming areas, high-growth opportunities, and key operational blockers.Drive continuous process improvement by linking data insights to clinic performance strategies, recommending a plan of action to optimize clinic efficiency and profitability.Benchmark clinic performance against network-wide data to identify best practices and areas for improvement, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across all clinics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Business Operations, Finance, Software Implementation, and IT teams to align system implementations with broader business goals.Provide ongoing support to clinic managers and staff to ensure consistent performance across the network. Other duties as needed to support the overall goals of the business and ensure the smooth operation of clinics. Qualifications: Proven experience with system implementation and operational analysis in a healthcare or multi-site clinic environment.Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing P&L and QoE reports to drive operational improvements.Proficiency in performance reports to track KPIs and operational outcomes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.Familiarity with the Zenoti system or similar practice management software is a plus but not required.Valid passport or visa allowing for travel between the U.S. and Canada.Ability to travel regularly and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Experience in clinic acquisition processes, including stakeholder engagement and operational assessments.Professional Demeanor & Appearance: Maintain a high standard of professionalism and appearance to represent CPP effectively in all settings.Coaching & Accountability: Act as a mentor and coach for clinic teams, providing support, encouragement, and holding them accountable to ensure goals and standards are met.Problem-Solving & Initiative: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.Adaptability & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, adjusting to changing priorities.Collaborative Team Player: Work effectively across departments, aligning goals and efforts to drive success for CPP and its clinic partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
