Job Title:VP ConstructionJob Summary:Our client, in the GTA, is looking for a VP of Construction to join their team!Responsibilities:Combine your knowledge of Development and Construction Management – handling tasks involving cost controlling, timelines, budgeting, leadership and technical know-how from conception to completion.Present progress reports and meetings to multiple stakeholders, as well as managing day-to-day operations.Attend meetings, track progress, document milestones and ensure completion, in compliance with regulations, and overseeing a clean and safe site.Qualifications:P.Eng preferred (Engineering, Architecture, Construction etc.)10-15 years of construction management experience.Ability to lead and motivate people.Strong technical expertise and communication skills.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Project Management experience a must (MBA and/or PMP ideal).Entrepreneurial drive and self-motivated. #J-18808-Ljbffr
