They provide legal advice on the wide range of issues and legal requirements that emerging and high growth ventures face, from corporate and tax structuring and fundraising and shareholder agreements to intellectual property strategies and employment related matters.Our client's Vancouver office is now actively seeking to add a highly talented mid-level Corporate/ Fund Formation Associate to to join their busy EHG practice group in their Vancouver office.The successful candidate will have the following:2 to 5 years of post call experience working on variety of Canadian and/or cross-border corporate mattersExperienced in M&A, corporate reorganizations and corporate governanceExperience with investment structures, including search funds and fund formation would be considered an asset.
