Client Services Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Services Associate to join our client's team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry and will play a crucial role in supporting the team by managing account operations and performing administrative tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email, delivering personalized service.Respond to client inquiries and document significant interactions.Gather client financial data and prepare financial plans/analysis.Support Financial Advisors by meeting with clients and executing investment instructions or account changes.Coordinate client surveys and compliance audits.Implement new system enhancements and upgrades.Organize and market client events.Manage special projects as required, focusing on issues impacting clients.Qualifications and SkillsMust be registered with IIROC as a Registered Representative.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mutual fund and/or financial services industry.Post-secondary education required.Familiarity with mutual funds and other investment products.Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Experience with DocuSign and Salesforce is a plus.
