The preferred candidate should be based in Canada, working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone). THE ROLE: We seek someone who thrives on leveraging partner channels to drive growth marketing and will lead Apply Digital’s partner marketing initiatives in the Americas. In this role, you will work with our Head of Marketing, and SVP Partnership and Alliances to own, manage, and grow partnership marketing in America. You are an ideal candidate if you have seven or more years of experience working within an established partner marketing team and are looking for an opportunity to build your team. You have a proven track record of developing campaigns with partners and executing and tracking the success of those plans. You are data-driven and comfortable working towards a goal number. You have historically achieved or exceeded your marketing goals. You are agile, nimble, and comfortable evolving your work in real time. In this role, you will collaborate with various SMEs, including the BD team, partnership team, tech partners, and vendors. Responsabilities: Oversee and be accountable for the partner marketing strategy for our core partners. Activities will include: Relationship management JVP development Content plan development and execution: Opportunity identification Brief development Managing stakeholder engagement and approvals Event plan development and execution Event contracting Planning, logistics, and booking Pre- and post-event budgeting Onsite execution and support KPI measurement and reporting Partner marketing budget management Building programmatic processes to manage content creation with partners Build a content repository Ideate and test new partner marketing approaches Champion partners internally and externally; become an expert in the partner’s business model, technology offerings, and market Understand and communicate marketing opportunities, trends, needs, and partner feedback to cross-functional teams Travel to and participate in onsite events Work with the Growth Marketing team to keep Hubspot up to date with partner marketing results. KPIs on which you will be measured: Lead generation (develop a process to accelerate and optimize lead development throughout the funnel) Event execution and performance Content program management Partner NPS Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of partner marketing within a web/product (or Services/ISV landscape) development environment Experience with building strategic road maps and delivering them Experience with event planning and execution Experience with lead generation, funnel management, and growth marketing You are an excellent communicator and coalition builder who knows how to improve organizational support, collaboration, and credibility across multiple disciplines within the company Exceptional time management and ability to multitask in a deadline-oriented environment Skilled at navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, global, and rapidly changing environment Quick and proactive at solving challenges as a self-starter who needs minimum guidance and direction Requirements: Seven or more years of proven corporate or agency in a partner marketing role Minimum education includes an undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields Fluency in spoken and written English Proficiency with a CRM, preferably Hubspot Proficiency with Google Workspace Experienced in leading diverse internal and external groups through ideation sessions, consensus building, post-conference sessions, and overall event planning coordination Willing to travel 2-3 times every quarter, working hours on weekends or as needed for onsite event operations Ability to meet physical requirements, including travel, walking, working long days or hours during onsite event operations #LI #EC1 #Promoted LIFE AT APPLY DIGITAL When you feel safe and healthy, you can bring your best self — and ideas — to the team.
