We are looking for candidates that are tenacious, competitive, creative, and ready for a challenge.What does the position entail?This is a hands-on tutoring business role. In this position you will be responsible for managing the operations and marketing for a home based tutoring business. This is a challenging position, but for those who are ready to take it on and work hard, you will learn a lot of valuable business skills, meet new people across our talented network, with great earning potential!The main tasks of the role include:Interview, select, and lead a team of tutors.Manage the operations of a tutoring business in a selected location.Network with schools and other educational organizations.Generate customers through marketing such as signs, school visits, and events.Collect customer payments.Maintain high levels of customer service excellence.Take part in coaching meetings and skill-development sessions.What will you get out of this?The experience of managing a real business.High level development in a wide range of leadership skills.Opportunities to grow and expand the business.The ability to profit from your business.What do you need / Qualifications?A valid driver's license and full-time access to a vehicle.Full-time availability.Access to working capital to operate your business.You will get coaching on all the skills you need to be successful in this role, but you need to be ready to work hard and be up for a challenge!We will be connecting with candidates throughout the spring of 2024.
