PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently recruiting for a PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR, CONSTRUCTION & FORESTRY for Edmonton, AB client.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Based in Edmonton, Alberta, the Preventative Maintenance Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing Preventive Maintenance quotes to our Sales & Customer Support Advisors, and supporting efficient, accurate and timely fulfillment of our client’s contractual Preventive Maintenance business.

• Quote & Set-up of Preventive Maintenance Agreements in contract management system.
• Preventive Maintenance Agreement Administration.
• Track and maintain Preventive Maintenance Agreement information.
• Review, close and invoice completed jobs.
• Coordinate with Customers and Preventive Maintenance Technicians.
• Update and maintain pricing calculator tool.
• Handle incoming Preventive Maintenance call requests from internal and external customers
• Manage Prepaid agreements.
• Utilize our client’s Link to monitor & track customer’s machines with Preventive Maintenance contracts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience and understanding of construction equipment maintenance.
• Experience in service delivery activities and processes.
• Previous experience as a Service Writer would be an asset.
• Knowledge of contracts and associated process management.
• Strong communication skills, timeliness, organized, high attention to detail and ability to in multi-task at a high-volume workload environment
• Sound knowledge of MS Office software tools; Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed, logical decisions
