What You Will Do As an Implementation Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' seamless integration of cutting-edge technology and business solutions. Your mission will be to deliver a flawless setup, installation, and training experience. You'll forge strong partnerships directly with clients, guiding them through initial access, data migration, and process documentation. You're the go-to expert for answering any system-related questions and offering top-notch support. Responsible for setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions Play a leading role in testing and troubleshooting, ensuring everything runs smoothly Works directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements What Skills & Experience You Should Bring Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience Deep understanding of relational databases and server side technologies (triggers, stored procedures) preferably using Microsoft SQL Server. Ability to write complex and efficient queries busting TSQL Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives Ability to travel up to 20% of the time About Your Location Our main office is in Vancouver, BC. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time worked in the office based on the position and the business need.
