Nature Fresh Farms is a recognized leader within the greenhouse farming industry – join our team and help us continue to grow!We are currently looking to fill a permanent full-time position for a Digital Marketing Manager for our Marketing Department at our Leamington, ON location.The Digital Marketing Manager will own the day-to-day execution of the company’s digital marketing activity, reporting regularly on performance and making recommendations on improvement. They will develop a deep understanding of the user experience and conversion journey, across website and social platforms, leveraging analytics to optimize performance. Activities include, but are not limited to brand campaigns, social media, email marketing and website updates/maintenance.Job Specific DutiesDigital Planning & Execution: Partner with marketing leadership to create a digital roadmap that drives strategic priorities. Maintain and strengthen the organization's brand identity across all digital media platforms. SEO/SEM: Work with internal team to create a strong SEO strategy, ensuring content and structure increase organic traffic from the targeted audiences at the right points in the journey.Social media: Drive brand growth and customer engagement through effective management of social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Responsible for social tactical plan execution well as campaign set up, tagging, creative assets and reporting across channels. Performance Tracking & Analysis: Lead the analytics and reporting function for website stats, pay per click and display ad campaigns.Website Management: Manage website health, optimization, security, and integration of new content and features.Campaigns: Monitor campaign pacing and performance in line with company goals and objectives making ongoing optimization recommendations and measuring success using quantitative and qualitative metrics. Present regular campaign recaps and performance insights. Work with internal team to develop necessary imagery and graphic elements for digital campaigns and website.CMS Management: Optimize the use of the content management platforms. Technology and Trends: Stay updated on current technologies, trends and best practices through continuing education and research. Suggest recommendations and/or incorporate into design work as appropriate. Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes and workflows to find opportunities for efficiencies. Flexibility: Adapt quickly to changes and re-prioritize tasks with short notice, and perform all other duties as required to support overall project completion and success.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications2 or more years of experience in a digitally oriented marketing role.A university degree in Marketing or equivalent industry experience.Demonstrated experience in managing a team including coaching, employee development and achieving performance goals.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Exceptional communication abilities, active listening skills and written communication skills.Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle are required as needed.Valid passport with the ability to travel to the U.S. or internationally as required.Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.Proficiency in working with computers and software programs, specifically ERP, KPI Portals and Microsoft Office more specifically Excel and Nav.Ability to identify issues and problem solve independently using appropriate resources internally and externally.Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills, with a high degree of tact and persuasiveness.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to embrace and adapt to the rapid growth, innovation, and development of the company.Must be hands-on and process oriented, always looking to improve processes.Comfortable with creating and facilitating presentations.Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines within in a fast-paced environment.Displays strong initiative and able to work independently with little direction, within a fast-paced environment.A very high degree of confidentiality and integrity required regarding all aspects of the business.Working ConditionsMainly office setting with some warehouse/greenhouse as needed – walking, sitting, and standing throughout the day. Fast paced environment working with a wide array of people/cultures in a team setting. Full time hours Monday to Friday with availability to work flexible hours including weekends and extended hours if needed.
