The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience spanning over 10 years in Demand Planning and Forecasting, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Shop floor operations, Product Data Management, Manufacturing Accounting, and Planning. Additionally, candidates should have a proven record of involvement in at least 3 full-cycle implementations or rollouts. Experience in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) and divestitures is considered advantageous.Responsibilities:Independently engage with clients across various organizational levels, effectively understanding and addressing their requirements.Proficiency in capturing existing business processes, eliciting and documenting business requirements, and conducting comprehensive fit-gap analyses.Ability to envision and design future-state processes (To-Be processes) aligning with industry best practices and client needs.Design and configure functional solutions for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) objects within the JD Edwards system.Perform system configuration, ensuring seamless integration of JDE modules with existing client systems.Conduct thorough testing procedures to validate system functionality and performance.Provide training sessions to end-users and extend ongoing support to ensure smooth system adoption and utilization.Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, effectively conveying complex ideas and solutions to stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred).Extensive experience of 15+ years in JDE Manufacturing and related modules.Proven expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, MRP, Shop floor operations, Product Data Management, and Manufacturing Accounting.Hands-on involvement in at least 3 full-cycle implementations or rollouts of JDE solutions.Experience in M&A activities or divestitures is a definite plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering results and have the required experience, we would love to hear from you.
