Job Opportunity: Senior Process/Lean Consultant Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Process/Lean Consultant to coach teams across the organization including frontline, back office, and senior leadership to streamline processes and integrate lean principles. *3 days a week required in the Calgary office* Must Have: 8+ years' experience as a Process/Lean Consultant Proven experience in leading Lean initiatives, including multi-day Kaizen events and formal problem-solving sessions A demonstrated ability in Process Improvement including; spotting inefficiencies, designing solutions, and executing them for significant cost and productivity improvements Nice to have: Business Process Management Process Mining Automation Experience Change Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
