Their team is committed to excellence and continuous improvement in all their endeavours.Job DescriptionMy client is seeking a Dynamics NAV/Business Central Functional Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting and optimizing the use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis and a proven track record of enhancing business processes through effective ERP solutions.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between the business units and the IT department for our Dynamics NAV/Business Central systems.Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions within Dynamics NAV/BC.Configure, test, and implement new modules, enhancements, and updates to the Dynamics NAV/BC system.Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring optimal system usage and understanding.Troubleshoot and resolve any Dynamics NAV/BC related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with other business systems.Keep abreast of new Dynamics NAV/BC features and functionalities, recommending improvements to business processes.Document system processes, configurations, and user guides.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience with Dynamics NAV/Business Central, particularly in a distribution environment.Strong understanding of business and accounting principles as they relate to ERP systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various business units.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to provide training and support to system users.Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Dynamics NAV/BC.
