Assist in developing pension, savings plans and employee benefit documents. Collaborate with clients and their legal counsel to find practical solutions to matters relating to retirement savings arrangements and employee benefits. Inform Mercer consultants and clients of legal developments and participate in training and professional development activities. Demonstrate flexibility by working independently as well as in a team with Mercer legal and tax professionals and other Mercer consultants. What you need to have: JD or LL.B & called to the Bar 3+ years of experience in pension and employee benefit law, or has worked for a minimum of five years in a related legal field, and demonstrates a keen interest in pension and employee benefit law Relevant experience in taxation will be considered an asset Strong communication skills both verbal and written What makes you stand out: Bilingual French (verbal/written) Mercer believes in building brighter futures by redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being.
