House Manager

Pacific Academy is requesting applications from qualified individuals for the position of House Manager. The House Manager is responsible for the operation of the facility during a show/event. The House Manager works with clients to ensure the success of the events on the campus of Pacific Academy. This position is casual and intermittent, with work scheduled based on events, primarily during evenings and weekends. Responsibilities may include: Coordinate events from start to finish and oversee event details Direct clients to equipment for event set-up Liaise with clients, staff, technicians, janitors and concession staff Orientate clients and volunteers (ushers, parking attendants, ticket takers and greeters) with building procedures, policies and housekeeping rules and ensure that safety procedures and protocols are followed for the building and patrons Help with staff sign-in, concession, and event reports Oversee First Aid issues Qualifications: Candidates should: Have a personal faith.
