Parts and Service Sales Representative

Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) Location Ontario Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology is a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining and construction industry. Our offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling. The Parts & Service Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and support aftermarket sales opportunities within a defined customer base and take responsibility for sales development where business opportunities exist. The Role Developing sales opportunities for all Sandvik Mining (SM) product lines, with a focus on aftermarket products and support Performing gap analysis on existing fleet to identify sales opportunities. Audits & fleet Updated by quarter. Participating as a key member in an account or sales team Assessing customers’ total potential with Sandvik Mining products by performing opportunity analysis by customer and site. Proactive sales approach. Liaising with the customer on aftermarket issues to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner Responsible for achievement of agreed targets Customer Kip’s development. Focus on productivity and reliability as a company value proposition. Staying current with industry developments affecting sales and customers Other duties as assigned Your Profile Technical Degree (or two year College Diploma) 4 + years of heavy industry/mining industry sales experience is preferable. Technical knowledge is key in this role. Previous knowledge or experience with Sandvik products would be considered an asset Strong analytical/data analysis skills Computer literacy Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience would be an asset Strong customer service focus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license required Local and domestic travel up to 50% Must be legally eligible to work in Canada In return for your passion and drive we will offer you… ?The opportunity to make an impact on our business performance.
