You will be responsible for proactively supporting our business members in their everyday banking needs including providing holistic solutions and advice.How you’ll be spending your timeSupport the financial success of our business members.Proactively evaluate and recommend cash management solutions and other value-add services available for business members.Manage account openings, implement new solutions and provide day-to-day technical support.Answer all incoming communication from the shared email inbox and Member Contact Center Business support line.Support Virtual Business Advisor and Business Advisor teams with administrative, reporting and technical support as needed.Mitigate risk to business members and Conexus by identifying potential fraudulent activity.Complete Lending 360 entries for credit cards.Develop and maintain effective vendor relationships.The way people describe youYou are a dynamic and collaborative team player.You are a people person and a dedicated relationship builder.You are proactive, innovative and open to discovering unexpected solutions.You are empathetic to the needs and challenges of others.You are credible and trustworthy.The experience you bringAt least 2 years’ experience in the financial industry with demonstrated business acumen.Previous experience in member-based financial advising.Salary Range:$55,180 - $68,980 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target.Benefits and PerksThe success of our members relies heavily on the performance and accomplishments of our employees.
