Software Engineering Manager

Position Overview: Carman's Foto Source (1950278 Ontario Ltd.) is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team on-site at our Head Office in Stratford, Ontario. This role is critical in managing IT re-architectural planning to streamline various systems, including Single Sign-On, ERP, CRM, POS, Website, Payment Gateway, Product Information Lifecycle, BI, and Analytics. Key Responsibilities: Lead IT re-architectural planning to integrate and streamline various systems. Oversee the integration of Single Sign-On, ERP, CRM, POS, Website, Payment Gateway, Product Information Lifecycle, BI, and Analytics. Align IT infrastructure with the company's vision and strategic goals. Utilize strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive projects to completion. Apply analytic reasoning to optimize system performance and efficiency. Requirements: Demonstrated working experience with Microsoft Office, Odoo ERP, and Prophetline for Windows.
