We are looking for a Director Retail Media Sales to join our Retail Media Network team, where you will drive revenue growth by managing relationships with advertiser leadership and community influencers. You will oversee a team of Account Executives (AEs), setting annual media plans and revenue goals, while establishing best practices for data-driven sales.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Meet and consult periodically with advertiser leadership and maintain relationships with leaders in the community.
Establish best practices that ensure insights-first and data-based selling and communication with clients.
Manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders who enable execution.
Lead sales team of AEs, overseeing development of materials and pitches to secure annual commitments and ongoing campaigns.
Set annual media plans and revenue/profit goals for the team and each account.
Create communications for new sales opportunities.
Oversee annual commitment conversations with account executives.
Establish sales pipeline and track progress against pipeline.
What you have to offer: 10+ years of experience in fast-paced, analytical, client-facing role, and management experience.
Advanced knowledge of digital advertising, media and/or publishing.
Ability to produce meaningful insights, counsel, and planning for advertisers’ business objectives.
Strong track record of successful collaboration across internal and external teams.
