Head of Infrastructure and Operations

Position Overview The Head of Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for the design, operations, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for LVMH Beauty China Offices, Warehouses, Factory, Boutiques, and Counters. This role ensures a high-performance, stable, and secure technical environment to support users, applications, and the business. The critical and complex infrastructure includes: Cloud services Data centers Networks Servers Storage Databases Disaster recovery All associated hardware and software The candidate will also develop and execute strategic plans to ensure that IT infrastructure is proactively managed to provide maximum value. This role will play a crucial part in driving innovation and enhancing operational efficiency through the effective use of technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including: Executive leadership Global and local IT Business Operations The aim is to align technology strategies with the company's overall standards and objectives. This role will also be responsible for developing and adhering to SLAs and SOPs and managing the helpdesk and support team to provide support services to LVMH Beauty China. Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 12 years of working experience, including 8 years in an Infrastructure management position in a large scale MNC environment. Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure IT infrastructures. Familiarity with cloud computing (Aliyun), virtualization, and containerization technologies. Strong knowledge of networking, server technologies, storage systems, databases, and communication systems. Solid understanding of information security principles and best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving goals. Extensive experience in vendor management and service outsourcing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
