Food Division Manager

What you’ll do: The Food Division Manager oversees the operation of the Food Division within Heritage Co-op in order to attain operational results. Responsible for staffing location Team Leader positions and training Team Leaders to operate locations according to policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:  Coaches Team Leaders providing day to day direction and guidance. Provide budget and financial operational leadership, training, and direction. Lead and support the Talent Management process for their respective Team Leaders and Division. Oversees the activities of individual Food Team Leaders to ensure effective store operations. Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.  Who You Are: Post-secondary Diploma or Degree – related field preferred or equivalent relevant work experience may be considered 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience  Strong computer and technical background, including effective working skills of the Microsoft Suite and Outlook Ability to work independently or as part of a Team  Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Proven effective communication skills; both verbal and written You are available to work flexible hours, which will include days, evenings, and weekends You’re aligned with our Values.
