Produce to Production ScheduleAccurate record keepingObserve all Safety Rules and promote a safe working environment with team membersMaintain strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Compliance with the company Production and Quality standardsCompliance with the company's Health, Safety, requirementsOther duties as assignedQualificationsGood communications skills, both written and verbalAbility to work in a team environment and individuallyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and have above average problem-solving skillsEnvironmental awareness and attention to detail oriented. Must be able to follow compounding/formula forms exactly to ensure correct order of additionPossesses high Technical and Mechanical AptitudeExcellent time management skills and organizational skills. Familiar with 5S and other organizational toolsAbility to learn how to operate multiple pieces of equipment and troubleshootAbility to perform physically demanding work. Able to lift 50 lbsCapable of multitasking while keeping track of multiple ingredients/raw materialsPrevious related batching experience an assetValid Fork truck license an assetFlexible work scheduleWage: $21.00/hour with a three-month probation period. After successfully completing the probation period, the new rate will be $22.50/hour. Shift premium of $0.50 is given to the Night shiftBenefits: Eligible to join the company benefits plan, which covers medical and dental, upon completion of the 3-Month Probationary PeriodBonus: Eligible for a 5% Performance Bonus. Accessible upon the successful completion of 1-Full Year of ServiceOther: Safety Shoe reimbursement, up to $100/yrWorking Conditions: Factory setting (product packaging); requires lifting, walking, and standing for long periods of time.
