Senior Business Systems Analyst (IAM)Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid - (3 days on-site, Team in-office day on Wednesday, other days flexible- 2 days working from home)Contract Length: 12 Months.What will you do? (there is lots more on this…in a nutshell…)Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and their responsibilities.Provide estimations for releases that they are leading and/or working on.Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review.Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with Project Life Cycle utilizing reporting tools, requirements gathering methodologies, process models, data models and prototypes.Work with Project Manager to identify project tasks and scheduling.Work closely with other members of the IAM team (eg. Architect, Engineering, Operations).Contribute to end user documentation and prepare training material.Support Design and Development activities by providing requirements clarifications.Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing activities.If you are right for his role, you probably have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).5+ years’ work experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.Proven experience in Iterative Waterfall project delivery methodology on medium to large scale IT development projects.Highly skilled in Business Analyst techniques such as scope modelling, requirements elicitation and management, use cases, business rules analysis, business process modelling, acceptance and evaluation criteria definition.Analytical thinker with advanced communication and facilitation skills.Nice-to-have Skills:Certified Business Analysis Professional or Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI-PBA).Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management solutions (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra ID, Okta) - Huge Nice to have.Experience in a Financial Institution (FI) or Banking.
