New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company is seeking a Microsoft 365 Developer to help our client by to leading the adoption, integration, and customization of Microsoft 365 Enterprise Applications & Services to streamline and automate the business processes and improve productivity.Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized MS 365 solutions to meet business needs.Utilize MS 365 tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to automate processes and improve productivity.Integrate MS 365 applications with existing systems to create cohesive and efficient workflows.Drive the adoption of MS 365 applications across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.Customize and configure MS 365 services, such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, to enhance collaboration and data management.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for MS 365 solutions, ensuring they remain healthy and fully functional.Regularly update and maintain applications to keep up with Microsoft’s latest features and security enhancements.Develop and deliver training sessions to educate staff on the effective use of MS 365 applications.Create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions, including workflows, integrations, and customizations.Work closely with IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide expert advice on best practices for leveraging MS 365 tools to achieve business objectives.Requirements:3+ years of demonstrated experience working as a Microsoft 365 Developer.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven track record of integrating and automating business processes using Microsoft 365 tools.Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, MS Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services.Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance features.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Microsoft 365 Certifications are preferred.If you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
