Learn more about Leggett & Platt Automotive: So, what will you be doing as a Maintenance/Facilities Manager? Improve and optimize manufacturing facility availability through Total Preventive Maintenance. Manage inventory and cost of spare parts for equipment. Direct and develop maintenance resources to comply with regulatory requirements and to meet metrics targets. Involvement in acceptance of manufacturing and facility equipment Upkeep maintenance, equipment, and facility documentation Leading a safety-first approach maintaining a zero-accident culture. Ensures and monitors work, accident prevention and safe working environment across the business. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Trained Technician or bachelor’s degree in technical studies, Facility Management, Engineering, or the like. Minimum of 5 years related experience in Maintenance and Facility Management Experience in people management 2-3 years of experience in high volume manufacturing environment Mechanical and electrical experience with related equipment Knowledge of TPM systems Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and implementation of maintenance plans Hands-on mentality and ability to coordinate between multiple assignments. Working knowledge of MS Office and Maintenance software Knowledge of legal requirements for building and equipment Analytical and structured working style Very good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
