Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Toronto office: Client Executive What can you expect? The Client Executive manages a book of commercial accounts in the SME unit. Tuition Reimbursement plan per year and participation in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan We will count on you to: Manage a book of SME clients and provide excellent client service to drive revenue retention and be responsible for managing all service components for the client including marketing of accounts. Review client exposure vs. current coverage and analyze the risk to determine product and service requirements. Communicate client needs and binding instructions to insurers. Implement and maintain a quality service plan, including ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents. Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients. Generate sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the business plan along with the team. Manage timely billing/collection for each client. Develop a working relationship with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities. Engage the appropriate industry group and Marsh resources to offer best in-front resources for each client/prospect. What you need to have:   Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance. Holds RIBO License. Service expertise, sales capabilities, with a focus on client attraction and retention. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and people skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to independently service medium- to larger-end (complex) accounts. Develop client relationships with Economic Buyer. Possess good knowledge of client risk issues and Marsh solutions. Effectively manage and retain renewal business. Maintain and preserve relationships and ensuring overall service needs are met, while addressing issues and miscellaneous concerns to remain in positive standing.
