Here’s what we believe as a team: We are ONE team – we work together to get things done and have a growth mindset We challenge the status quo and how we think, we solve problems, deliver, communicate and measure - and when others think we’re done, we make it better We live up to our commitments – to ourselves, internal clients, our stakeholders, partners and our customers Our results-oriented team is dedicated to creating and delivering innovative products and programs to drive business growth We’re looking for someone who: Is a compelling communicator, persuasive storyteller and a big thinker: strategic, critical and creative, who is capable of listening and interpreting stakeholder feedback to understand business processes and qualify opportunities to evolve our products and further drive growth Is a flexible and curious self-starter, habitually exceeding expectations and naturally pushing boundaries Utilizes the power of data to inform decisions, using the data effectively to make meaningful improvements Loves problem solving and is driven by getting things done Believes in the importance of proper program planning, and flawless execution and delivery Is passionate about delivering results to drive an outstanding customer experience Is an agent of change, always looking for ways to improve processes or outcomes, naturally compelled to challenge the norm, seek a deeper insight, and understand key business drivers Thrives on the ability to manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously while staying very organized What you will be doing: Collaborate with various stakeholders, understand business needs and know how to navigate through diverse domains of applications, infrastructure, privacy and security Develop, secure support, implement and articulate a differentiated effective product strategy and tactics related to pricing, bundling, positioning, product lifecycle, placement, promotion, partnerships, channel compensation recommendations and service guidelines Establish, secure and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and emerging players in the healthcare and wellness industry, including start-ups, research institutions, and technology providers Manage the market and financial performance of existing and/or new products (including Revenue, Customer deal criteria/standards, Operating Profit, Free Cash Flow, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Discounted Payback, and Return on Investment and accountability for P&L) Use primary and secondary market research and competitive landscape research to recommend solutions to better support and/or reposition existing or new product offerings Analyze and anticipate market, client, regulatory and technology trends; create business plans and present recommendations to senior leaders In collaboration with the sales and business development teams, identify new markets and appropriate partners to advance and win new business opportunities Lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams across all business units to manage margin, enable product/service delivery, improve methods to better support product, and support the delivery of integrated customer solutions Develop, own and maintain a product roadmap and business requirements through the understanding of market, customer, regulatory and technology trends Qualifications Required Experience and Education: 5 years of equivalent experience in product or program management in a B2B or SaaS based product lead organization Experience in designing solutions for the Health Industry is a strong asset Deep knowledge of financial concepts including revenue, costs and profitability is a must Understanding of Agile product management principles University Degree in Science, Computer Science or Business Administration - MBA is an asset Bilingual English/French considered an asset Salary Range $94,000-$140,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan 15% Benefits Comprehensive total rewards package highlighting competitive salary and bonus structures, minimum 3 weeks of vacation, and flexible benefits plan to meet the needs of you and your family.
