It's not just about making something good; it's about collectively striving for greatness.ResponsibilitiesAs an integral part of the team, your primary focus will be on Accounts Receivable, and handle data entry for Canadian and US payroll processing, receive cross-training in Accounts Payable, and provide support to the AP team as needed. As well as: - Managing and processing accounts receivable transactions with precision - Ensuring timely collection of payments, contributing directly to our cash flow - Maintaining and reconciling accurate financial records - Preparing and distributing invoices and account summaries - Collaborating with customers to resolve billing issues and enhance their experience - Generating insightful reports on aging accounts and collection status - Assisting with month-end closings - Communicate effectively with other departments, and customers Qualifications - Proven experience in a high-volume accounts receivable or a similar accounting role - A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll operations - Experience in collections management - Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions - Understanding of Federal and Provincial Sales Tax regulations - Experience with Dynamics 365 considered an assetSummaryIf your exceptional time management ensures efficiency and you can handle stress adeptly, while maintaining motivation and supporting teammates as needed.
