your job

• Define technical architectures.
• Analyse business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
• Develop/maintain/migrate applications that reflect the client's specifications.
• Ensure the quality of developed solutions by thorough testing.
• Define and integrate existing or new technological components and modules into digital solutions, including integration with other applications/systems.
• Produce technical documentation.
• Ensure follow-up of application deployment.
• Assist in the evaluation and testing of products delivered by other teams to ensure that they conform to the contracting authority requirements and methodology.

your profile

• In-depth knowledge of W3C standards with respect to HTML, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, WAI-compliance, mobile formats, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of one application development language used at the contracting authority (e.g. PHP, Java).
• Good knowledge of the design and development of web and multi-tiered web applications.
• Good knowledge of modelling tools (e.g. UML).
• Good knowledge of relational database systems used at the contracting authority (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).
• Ability to cope with fast-changing technologies used in application development.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to integrate in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience of working in a team.
• English: Understanding (B2), Speaking (B2), Writing (B2).
