Who we need
Reporting to the COO, we are hiring a Director of Sales to support our accelerated growth. You will spearhead the activities of the Revenue Department, creating and executing the strategic plans for marketing and sales. You will take ownership of achieving the business’s revenue and gross margin targets.
This is a 4-day on-site role with the option of working remotely on Fridays. Occasional travel to conferences is required.
Who you are
You are a dynamic sales leader with experience working in sales for a distribution company. Your experience equips you to seamlessly step into a director-level role, owning the sales and marketing strategy and driving results.
What you will do:
Build a strong sales team by recruiting, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team. Set KPIs and sales targets and support your team in meeting quotas.
Spearhead the revenue strategy by designing and implementing the team’s strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals.
Grow our presence by prospecting and closing new enterprise and mid-sized clients.
Executive administration by owning the demand plan and preparing dashboard reports, scorecards, budgets, and projections.
